Villa Bagci-Eceabat

Bagci family-Senar-Ibrahim-Burak-Burcin-Ebru-Duru Bagci

Our hotel is right in the middle of the living history of the Gallipoli Campaign which has been one of the greatest messages of the history to the humanity that war should be avoided at any cost. There are about fifty war trenches, battlefields and British-French graveyards that have been explored so far such as the Monument, Chunkbayırı, Anzac Cove, 57. Brigade and so on. You will need around 2-3 days to visit these places.
Our Canakkale adventure started in 1999 when we decided to leave Istanbul after fifty stressful and exhausting years. We started house pension business in 2006 and began constructing a small scale hotel in 2010 which has ended in June 2012.
We have started this journey as a family, whose profession has not been tourism, solely with an amateurish soul but with a professional thinking. As the father and mother of the family, we have taken the first step to the tourism world in 2006 by house pensioning in one of or twin villas in Kilitbahir. We have now completed our hotel in Eceabat in 2012 and included our son in the business as well. Our vision is to consider our guests as guests visiting our own home, to give them the comfort of our own beds at home and to host them with the same breakfast quality we taste at our own table at home. We work actively in our luxury pension. We ask for apologies, should there be any inconvenience as we dry our laundry in fresh natural air rather than polluted city air…
Located in a peaceful area of Eceabat district, Villa Bagci Hotel is only 350 metres from the sea. This family-run hotel offers a terrace with views of the Dardanelles and modern rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Decorated in earthy tones, the bright rooms of Villa Bagci include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. They all have a balcony with garden, mountain or sea views.
You can start the day with a rich breakfast including organic tomatoes, pepper and cucumber of Canakkale, Ezine cheese, Güre Mountain honey, village eggs and bread cooked in stone oven in the air-conditioned dining room, which also offers views of the Dardanelles.
