Cafe Caramel -in Ayvalik -Tel:- (0266 312 85 20) is small and cosy a little like someone's sitting room, set in a huge open plan room,( just along the right hand side alley behind the Bus stop and Finance Bank-about 100 meters and to the left on the corner of Barbaros Caddesi,Sk-you can park nearby at the Tansas Supermarket).The food is prepared in a small kitchen that is separated from the dining area ; you can also sit ouside in the quiet , sunny side street.Yasemin Arbak (Can) is the person who makes this restaurant so special with her friendly welcome and lovely smile.The atmosphere is amazing with all Yasemin's lovely furnishings, pictures, decorations and her great taste of slow music.You must taste her delicious cakes especially the stawberry tart.This hidden Gem has a lovely homely atmosphere with delicious food, also the best Turkish coffee and Cuppaccino around.We tried her Pasta with a delicious fresh pesto sauce and also met her new friend a doggie that had just moved in. A very special place in Ayvalik.
